Aussie Film Killing Ground Looks Like A Brutal Twist On The Camping Trip Horror Genre

Video: Horror movies have shown us that bad things happen when you go to the bush. Killing Ground ups the ante by putting the most vulnerable sort of human being in danger.

Making an international premiere at this year’s edition of the Sundance Film Festival, Killing Ground follows two sets of campers as they look to get away from it all in the Australian wilderness. People go missing, creepy locals show signs of sinister intent and, most terrifying, there’s a baby in the middle of the danger. It seems as if the film has yet to be picked up for distribution but, based on that trailer, I think some distributor would want to put it in theatres sometime this year.
