This Handy Chrome Extension Changes ‘Alt-Right’ To ‘White Supremacy’

The term “alt-right” is normalising White Nationalism, say the creators of a new Google Chrome extension that changes the phrase to “White Supremacy.”

“You’ve probably been hearing the term Alt-Right or the Alternative Right a lot lately,” reads the group’s website, “This gentle sounding name is the rebranding of White Supremacy and White Nationalism, and its normalisation must be stopped.”

The group pleads with readers to not make this “language of hate” part of your vocabulary.

As long as you’re using Chrome as your browser, the extension will work on Twitter, Facebook, Google, Wikipedia – and any other page online.

If you want to take things even further, there’s an additional extension that will change “alt-right” to “Neo-Nazi”.
