It even plays games, too.
There’s a Xbox One S bundle at JB Hi-Fi this weekend — a 500GB console in Storm Grey, a wireless controller in the same finish, a digital download of Battlefield 1 and a month’s EA Access for just $319.
That’s stupidly cheap, considering the Xbox One S’ RRP for the 500GB kit is $399, and if you want to buy the console on its own you’ll pay anywhere from $399 for a 500GB console to $599 for a 2TB. That makes the Xbox One S the cheapest Ultra HD Blu-ray player you can buy if you consider the extra value that Battlefield 1 adds.
If you don’t care about games, though, the Samsung UDB-K8500 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray player is a little bit cheaper overall at $298, half its usual $599 retail price.
The official Microsoft Store has its own Xbox One S bundles, too, with a 500GB console and controller and either Gears of War 4 or FIFA 17 or Battlefield 1 or Halo 5: Guardians for $349. [JB Hi-Fi / Microsoft Store]
