Available for $US10 ($13) each from ThinkGeek, the covers simply strap to existing porch lights using an adjustable elastic, so there’s no tools required. You’ll just want to make sure you’re not using anything more powerful than a 60-watt bulb, as the thin plastic that allows these covers to glow can also easily melt if it gets too warm.
