The specific blooper features Maslany, as Cosima, talking into a phone and telling the person on the other end that they need to talk to Cosima.
Mixing up the names of people you’re close to — friends, family, kids and so on — is a pretty common phenomenon. Less common is when you mix up the names of the characters you’re playing as you’re playing them. That has to be a problem that very, very unique to Tatiana Maslany.
