A new Star Wars movie is hugely important. New merchandise for it, just so — which is why one of the biggest reveals of the Rogue One panel at Celebration Europe included Felicity Jones getting her very own Jyn Erso action figure. Now we can have a closer look.
The Jyn figure is part of Hasbro’s 15cm-scaled Black Series line of action figures, and showed up on display on the show floor of Celebration in the wake of the Rogue One panel.
Jyn is sparsely accessorised — just a blaster pistol and the shawl she’s shown wearing on the planet Jedha in the trailer — but it’s nice to see our first glimpse at the Rogue One goodies that will be threatening to steal the secret plans from our wallets in the lead up to the movie.
Jyn is expected to release this spring, alongside a bevy of other action figures and toys to tie into the movie.
