Recreating Van Gogh’s Starry Night By Swirling Paint On Water Is Pretty Incredible

Van Gogh’s The Starry Night can be recreated in real life in two ways: one of them is to be on drugs, and the other, apparently, is to swirl paint on water like artist Garip Ay. Check out how the colours blend together and how the swirls settle in to reach that classic effect.

What starts as just blotches of paint on water slowly transforms into art before you even realise it. Seeing it all happen might actually be better than drugs.
