Foxtel Subscribers Now Get Hayu For Free

Hayu is a streaming service just for reality TV. We’re talking Kardashians by the limo-load and houses full of Real Housewives. And now, if you’re the kind of person that already binges on Foxtel cable, you’ll be able to stream Hayu for free.

The deal between Foxtel and Hayu’s owner NBC Universal means that any Foxtel residential subscriber (with the Entertainment bundle included in their package) will be able to sign up to Hayu for free at this dedicated link, with the streaming service’s library of 3000 episodes of reality TV otherwise available for $5.99 per month in Australia. Around 500 extra episodes of shows like Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Made In Chelsea and Real Housewives of Beverley Hills will be added each year.

By the way — we’re hearing rumblings that Foxtel will be shuttering its Presto standalone streaming service and cumbersome combo of Foxtel Play and Foxtel Go in favour of consolidating into the Foxtel Anytime app and a suite of companion streaming services, so this Hayu deal might be the first part of that process.
