Free upgrades to Microsoft’s latest operating system are running out soon. On July 30, one year after the release of Windows 10, anyone who hasn’t already upgraded will have to shell out $179 to move up to the latest and greatest.

More than 300 million people have already upgraded to Windows 10, and if you haven’t yet, you definitely should (here’s how). Not only because it’s good (it is), but because if you don’t you’re going to have to pay for it soon.
