Dan Aykroyd has a cameo in this winter’s Ghostbusters reboot, so it’s not like his opinion comes without a certain bias — obviously, he wants the movie to do well. But if the O.G. proton pack-slinger is to be believed, the new Ghostbusters is absolutely not to be missed.

As originator of the original: Saw test screening of new movie. Apart from brilliant, genuine performances from the cast both female and male, it has more laughs and more scares than the first 2 films plus Bill Murray is in it! As one of millions of man-fans and Ray Stantz, I’m paying to see that and bringing all my friends!
To be honest, we were already planning on seeing it — but a nod from Ray Stantz is still nothing to sneeze at. Ghostbusters is out July 14.
