Video: Is there really any doubt that Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight is the best Batman movie? Sure, arguments can be made for others but, with his second film, Nolan was able to strike a perfect balance of all things Batman, and thus anchor a legendary trilogy.
Batman Begins, The Dark Knight and The Dark Knight Rises certainly make up the most beloved on-screen Batman saga to date and, on the current Blu-ray box set, there’s an excellent documentary about the making of the films called The Fire Rises, which you can watch it below. Warning: It’s a massive 76 minutes long (in two parts), but it’s well worth the time.
