When you’re buying your lunch today, you might want to take a moment and spend a little more. Gizmodo’s Lunch Time Deals posts point out any particularly good bargains for Aussie bargain hunters around the ‘net. Today, Telstra is flogging off leather cases and covers for iPhones and iPads at half price through its eBay store.
Telstra’s eBay store is actually a great place to regularly check for deals, but today is especially nifty. Apple’s beautiful leather iPhone cases — for both the 6, 6 Plus, 6s and 6s Plus — are half price, down to $29 from their usual $59 list price. Now, even at RRP these cases come highly recommended, and Apple sells them for $69 to $75, so this is a great deal.
The only caveat is that you’ll have to pick from a limited colour selection. 6 Plus cases fit the 6s Plus and vice versa, and the same is true for the 6 and 6s. In the larger 5.5-inch screen size you currently have a choice of blue, black or red leather or red silicon, and for the 4.7-inch screen you can only get yourself olive leather. There’s also a red leather Smart Cover for the iPad Air 2 and for the iPad Mini 4, as well as a Smart Cover for the original iPad Air — all half price too.
