When you’re buying your lunch today, you might want to take a moment and spend a little more. Gizmodo’s Lunch Time Deals posts point out any particularly good bargains for Aussie bargain hunters around the ‘net. Today, a late deal in our lunchbox inbox shows $200 off a 32GB HTC One M9 at JB Hi-Fi.

If you’re a member of JB Hi-Fi’s mailing list, you would have received an email this week advertising this particular Instant Deal — $200 off the HTC One M9, bringing it down to a reasonable $599 outright for a 32GB silver M9. The One M9 is built around a 5-inch 1080p screen, with a 20-megapixel rear and 4-megapixel front-facing UltraPixel camera, and at the moment it’s running HTC’s version of the up-to-date Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
Now, this deal is definitely an odd one. The HTC One M9 is a year old as of this month, and even when it came out in 2015 we didn’t love it in comparison to the Samsung Galaxy S6 and the host of other Android phones that were released after it, like the LG G4. But you can’t deny the fact that it’s very well put together, and is a fair bit smaller than the 5.5-inch behemoths that are trendy right now. [JB Hi-Fi]
