French Town Attacked By Foam, Is Foam Town Now

Video: The town of Penmarch, on the northwestern tip of France, isn’t famous for anything — yet. But wait until FoamHeads get a load of this. Penmarch is POISED to become the world’s number one vacation destination for fish froth enthusiasts.

Video uploaded yesterday shows a blizzard of quivering sea foam coating the town’s Port Saint-Guénolé. The cause of the flood, it seems, was high winds from Storm Imogen, which kicked up gusts of up to 161km per hour. The chances this stuff smells like cod jelly are VERY high.

This is not the first time Penmarch has been doused by the salty spume of an angry sea. A similar foam fiasco went down in January, as well as back in 2014.

Sure, some naysayers might argue that this is a reason not to visit Penmarch, but I’d like to see you tell that to a guy with a dream of lathering his body in naturally occurring Atlantic suds, man.
