You Can Now Watch Netflix Wherever You Travel (Except China)

Netflix have announced global expansion, as of right now. So if you’re planning a trip overseas, you can take your Netflix viewing with you.

The catalogue of content will still be unique to each region, with the exception of Netflix orginal series. We aren’t looking at one big global catalogue as yet, although Netflix did say they are working on it.

It is worth noting that although technically against Netflix’s terms of service (but not illegal), you can use a VPN to connect to any region’s content.

Due to US government restrictions, Syria and North Korea join China on the list of places that won’t be binge watching Orange Is The New Black anytime soon.

Netflix is negotiating with China to hopefully launch there sometime in the future.
