The Sound From A Stabilised Camera Strapped To A Boomerang Is Wonderful

Video: Given humans can’t fly (on our own) it’s no surprise that we’re utterly captivated by first-person videos of objects in flight. Strapping a stabilised camera to a spinning boomerang is no exception, but it turns out the sounds of it slicing through the air are even more amazing.

Before you watch this latest video from YouTuber Victor Poulin you’ll want to turn down your speakers. It starts out quiet enough, but shortly after the boomerang is thrown from the first-person angle, the video gets very, very loud.

However, the whirring sounds of the boomerang’s blades as they slice through the air are totally worth leaving your speakers turned up if you dare. Just be aware that your co-workers or neighbours might not enjoy it as much as you do. [YouTube via PetaPixel]
