The argument has always been that jet fuel burns at 815 degrees Celsius and that steel only melts at 1480 degrees so therefore jet fuel cannot melt steel beams and 9/11 was a conspiracy.

And yes, jet fuel does burn at 815 degrees and steel can only melt at temperatures of 1480 degrees but even if steel wasn’t melting, it loses its strength entirely. It turns into a noodle even if it’s not melting..
