In April, Massive Audio released a range of TARDIS and Dalek Bluetooth speakers that have been a huge hit with fans of the one and only time-travelling Doctor. Today they’ll follow up this success with the release a sleek new set of Doctor Who themed headphones.
The headphones are available in two styles with two unique designs — choose between Bluetooth or wired heaphones, each with a choice of either a TARDIS-themed design or a more subtle decal of the series’ ‘DW’ logo. BBC branding aside, the headphones boast features such as a built-in noise cancelling microphone, a multi-function interface, bass boost and 57mm speakers. Both will come with a matching carry bag, all packaged up in a collector’s style gift box. “Whovians are sure to enjoy listening to the Doctor’s newest adventures through these high-quality headphones,” said Soumya Sriraman, EVP Film, Home Entertainment, and Licensing for BBC Worldwide North America.
The headphones are available from Massive Audio’s online store or from the BBC Official Doctor Who Shop, and are priced at $US 79.95 for the wired headphones and $US 119.95 for the Bluetooth version.
