32GB Sandisk USB 3.0 Flash Drives, $15 From Harvey Norman

We know from past experience that getting a deal on a cheap USB 3.0 flash drive doesn’t always work out. Just because it supports 3.0 doesn’t mean it’ll be faster than USB 2.0. Sandisk’s Ultra Fit series however is the exception, especially when you can pick a 32GB model up for $15.

This post was originally published on Lifehacker Australia.

The deal provider of the day is — surprisingly — Harvey Norman. Spotted by user “klif-e” over at OzBargain, the retailer is selling 32GB Ultra Fits for $15. Of course, you’ll have to make sure if your local store is in stock, though the offer is also available online.

There’s another caveat if you’re planning to waltz in and empty the joint — there’s a limit of three per customer. Which should be more than enough for the average user, unless you’re planning on chaining them together via a USB hub to create a Fraken-SSD. Yes, we can’t recommend that particular idea… but please tell us if you do give this admittedly insane idea a go.

If you’re keen on the deal, don’t ruminate for long as it ends tomorrow.
