What looks like a tiny innocuous rocket launch to the naked eye suddenly becomes an intercontinental ballistic missile blasting off towards an unknown enemy nation through the lens of a high-speed camera. Maybe it’s time for a few matchbook treaties to ensure terrifying footage like this can never be captured again.
