Does anyone here remember the Handy Boy? Recently Japanese Twitter has found itself in the throes of super nostalgia over this little (or I guess I should say big) guy, calling it a “Full Armour Game Boy”. I can’t stress enough how much I loved the original Game Boy. I’ve waxed poetic on the subject a time or two, but the Handy Boy kind of exemplifies everything that was wrong with handhelds right out of the gate. I mean just look at all that bulky accoutrements just to make the thing more playable. It also came with a neck strap because of the added weight (lol).
