Stan Streaming Price Confirmed: $10 Per Month All-You-Can Eat Movies And TV

The Aussie video-on-demand scene is starting to heat up, and 2015 is going to be a hot year especially with Netflix increasingly cracking down on international users visiting via VPN. Nine Entertainment and Fairfax Media’s joint venture Stan has its all-you-can-eat movies and TV streaming price tag finally been locked down.

Stan Streaming Service: Australian Hands On

Although the streaming service‘s rough monthly cost has always been pegged at around $10, the price was first confirmed with a full-page ad in the Sun-Herald (and Victoria’s The Age) on Sunday:

It’s also now reflected on the front page of the Stan website, currently a placeholder until the service itself launches around the end of January. $10 is a pretty decent price for even a modest range of TV shows and movies; it’s definitely that magic figure that makes Netflix and competing services like Presto seem like a great deal for effectively unlimited entertainment.
