Less than two months after Bose saw its products ignominiously booted from Apple’s physical and online stores, rumours are suggesting a triumphant return for Bose’s high-end audio equipment, now the two firms have finished squabbling.
Bose products were initially pulled following a few disputes with Apple. In addition to a patent dispute (settled out of court in October, finally), a deal between Bose and the NFL saw players wearing Apple’s Beats-branded headphones fined, which probably won’t have helped matters.
Either way, it looks like the dark times are over; reports from both MacRumors and 9to5Mac indicate that Bose products will be back on the shelf (and, presumably, online) before Christmas. Thank goodness the nightmare of waiting two days for your $350 headphones to be delivered is over. [9to5Mac, Macrumors]
