Walking Around With A Giant 1200mm Lens Is Sure To Draw A Crowd

Walking Around With A Giant 1200mm Lens Is Sure To Draw A Crowd

There are many ways to remain inconspicuous as a photographer. One way is to only use small, unimposing lenses. The guys over at MPB Photographic went another direction, as seen in the video above.

Just for kicks, they decided to take the world’s longest auto-focus lens, the $US120,000 Canon EF 120mm f/5.6 L, and tote it around London for a day of casual photography. Bear in mind, this lens is in no way meant to be a “walkaround” lens. Thus the fun! For extra kicks, these photogs attached all the extenders they could muster to look far, far away at things. Pretty awesome.
