Designers Michael & George created the HB Lamps featuring a glowing eraser that can illuminate a room, and a black power cable protruding from the pencil tip that looks like doodles left by the pencil instead of an ugly power cord — genius.
And for those who don’t need the 180cm version, which will no doubt be prohibitively expensive given they’re each made to order, a 16-inch, self-standing mini version of the HB Lamp can also be ordered and perched on your desk, or thrown inside a monstrous pencil case if you find your university lecture halls just too dark.
