Video Check out this awesome video of a diamond formation perfectly executed by four Mikoyan MiG-29 Fulcrums and five Sukhoi Su-27 Flankers! It was part of the Russian military parade for the 70th anniversary of Victory Day over the Nazis, celebrated on 9 May.

In Russia they celebrate Victory Day on 9 May instead of 8 May, like the rest of Europe. This is because Stalin didn’t agree with the fact that the first unconditional surrender was signed in Reims in front of the Supreme Command of Allied Forces, but not in front of the top ranking Russian official, Marshal Georgy Zhukov. He insisted for it to be signed again in Berlin in front of Zhukov. When this finally happened, it was already May 9 in Moscow due to the time zone difference.

This year the victory parade was held in Sebastopol, Crimea, because that’s how you put salt on the wound of your enemy after invading their country, ironically using the same techniques used by the Nazis during the Anschluss — the occupation and annexation of Austria by Germany. Of course, the parade was presided by the little apprentice of Stalin — the fascist douchebag-in-chief Vladimir Putin.
