TV Tonight is reporting that the ABC will officially relaunch iView in December, along with the premiere of a new app for Android.
Auntie also reportedly wants to make the ABC Archive available to normal people like you and me. Doing that would mean people can download and binge on shows despite them not being on iView.
Right now, content only gets a limited run on iView due to rights issues, but the ABC will be experimenting going forward. [TV Tonight]
