Just like the products and services they sell, company logos have a tendency to change over time. In this series of animations by Nick DiLallo, you can see how the logos of six big firms have changed over the years. Update: The videos have been removed from YouTube.
What’s nice about them is that the way that the transitions are appropriate to the company in question; so the Apple animations are cued by dialogue box clicks, while the UPS logo shuffles onto the screen to the sound of delivery truck. You can watch all six here. [YouTube via The Verge]
