Chromecast Is Getting Vimeo And Maybe More

Google’s television wonder-dongle Chromecast has been making big waves since the day it came out, but as of right now its app catalogue consists of YouTube, Netflix and Google Play (and mirroring through your Chrome browser). But plenty of others are in the works.

As of today, Vimeo and Redbox Instant have confirmed support for Chromecast, reports GigaOm. Others, such as Plex and HBO Go, are assumed to be in the works.
