The Raspberry Pi is a great little bit of tinkering technology. It’s also a callback to other tinkerer’s computers, such as the Amiga. But what happens when you combine both?

That’s the basis of this neat project, which combines the physical casing and keyboard from an Amiga 1200 with a Raspberry Pi running an “Amiga-like” OS. Not quite an actual turbo-charged Amiga 1200 then, but it’s as close as we’re ever likely to see. [MaTT TeCh via MAKE]
