It’s a big year for Doctor Who, with a special 50th anniversary episode to air sometime in November. There’s been plenty of speculation regarding what might be planned for said episode and while it’s still many months away, we now know it’ll feature two very familiar guest stars.
Yesterday, Doctor Who TV posted a page scan from the latest issue of Doctor Who Magazine. The scan was of an article revealing that David Tennant, the Doctor’s 10th incarnation and Billie Piper, who played beside Christopher Eccleston as the 9th Doctor, will make an appearance in the episode.
If that wasn’t confirmation enough, the official Doctor Who Twitter account posted the following images.

I don’t know about you, but it doesn’t get much more confirmed than this. And it could just be the start, seeing as there’s over half a year to go until we see the finished product.
