Along with the Android mirrorless camera that seems too good to be true, Polaroid has announced two other mirrorless cameras that have sensors built inside the lenses. Intended for amateurs, the cameras’ sensor placement prevents a novice photographer from accidentally ruining the interchangeable lenses.
The Polaroid iM1030 has an interchangeable lens along with a 3.5-inch LCD display, 18-megapixel sensor and HDMI. It will retail for $US350. The lower-end Polaroid iS2433 has a 16.1-megapixel Sony CMOS sensor, a 3-inch LCD display, HD video and will retail for $US200. They will both be available sometime between April and June of this year.
