Want. Want hard. The 10-inch by 13-inch pan is $US55, and although that’s a little steep for a pan, it’s worth it in that you spend less time scraping corroded brownie bits out of the bottom of a Pyrex. If you’re a baker, this is cause for celebration. [Amazon]
Is it made *of* the material, or just coated in it? Not that a coating is useless, but it only takes one scratch to ruin it..
