Optus Announces Prices For Samsung Galaxy Note II

Optus told us that it would have Galaxy Note II pricing shortly, and so it has delivered. Here’s how much the Note II will cost you on plans with Optus.

The device will cost you $899 if you buy it from Samsung, or alternatively you can get it for $7 extra per month with the $60 Optus Plan over a 24-month contract, or for just an extra $3 per month on the Optus $80 Plan on a 24-month contract.

The $60 Plan includes 1.5GB of included data, $650 worth of included calls, unlimited standard national SMS and free, unlimited access to Facebook, Twitter, eBay, Foursquare, MySpace and LinkedIn.

The $80 Plan, meanwhile, includes 2GB worth of data, $850 worth of calls, unlimited standard national SMS and free, unlimited access to Facebook, Twitter, eBay, Foursquare, MySpace and LinkedIn.

Both of those plans will give you 4G connectivity on Optus’ new network. Pre-sales are already live on Optus’ website.

We’re still waiting on pricing from Telstra and Vodafone.
