According to Choice‘s analysis, Big W is by far one of the best places to buy your gadgets thanks to its no fuss return policy in case something goes sideways. JB Hi-Fi, Dick Smith, The Good Guys and Myer all had mixed reviews, though. One of the worst customer service experiences, howver, is with comes from Harvey Norman:

Poor customer engagement; inconsistent product knowledge; some evidence of pushy sales tactics; does not accept ‘change of mind’ returns.

Ouch.
