Nvidia’s GTX 600 series has finally hit the $US300 mark, putting it in the acceptable price range of everyone who doesn’t permanent WASD impressions stuck to their hands. The GeForce GTX 660 Ti is out in the wild for all to enjoy.
The GTX 660 should perform about twice as well as the 460, and a significant notch above the 550 as well. It’s also probably about the lowest price point on the GTX series that will run current games, like The Secret World, at a full 60 fps with all of Nvidia’s graphical treatments turned on, like PhysX and TXAA.
