The Samsung vs Apple case may finally be coming to a close, with closing arguments for both sides finishing today (finally!), but Apple is still not quite yet out of the legal arena.
Google’s Motorola Mobility today filed a patent-infringement lawsuit against Apple, seeking to block the Cupertino-based company from importing the iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch and “various Apple computers” into the United States.
TechCrunch, who spoke with a Motorola representative, is reporting that the full complaint will be made available on the International Trade Commission’s website on Wednesday. Until then, their official statement:
“We would like to settle these patent matters, but Apple’s unwillingness to work out a licence leaves us little choice but to defend ourselves and our engineers’ innovations.”

Wow, here we go again.
Round 2 of patent spam!
That's what you get apple, when you start the patent trolling eventually you will be the target.
Hilarity
Apple deserve it after the stupid patent trolling shit they have been starting.
Long Live GOOGLE!! Apple that is called Karma. Why dont you just mind your own business. Rather than suing your own suppliers.. AKA Samsung

busted= just...
Google trying to muddy the waters while it's facing anti trust charges itself. Funny that these patents were licensed to Apple opponents as FRAND technology only months before Google acquired them. Somebody wants things ALL ways, but won't license stolen IP when offered. Hypocrite much google?
Stolen?? They paid for them.
Stolen IP, as in iOS. Stolen. Not paid a cent for.
So first Apple cry foul that Samsung didnt want to licence X patents etc from Apple and instead chose to use them in their Galaxy devices anyway. And now when Motorola wanted Apple to pay for the same thing, they refuse to budge. WTF?
"Do as I say, not as I do!"
Meh, Karma is a b!tch hey apple?
