Satellite Eyes is a smart OS X app that changes you desktop wallpaper to an aerial view of where you are, each time you change locations.
So when you load up your laptop in midtown Manhattan, you might glimpse the Empire State Building. Then when you go home to Brooklyn, you’ll see… lots of industrial buildings and probably hipsters. The maps come in various styles, like aerial images or abstract watercolors. And if you use more than one monitor, you’ll see even more of the satellite view. Maybe you’re not jet-setting from Bangkok to Milan and back. Maybe you haven’t even put on pants yet today. But that doesn’t mean you can’t appreciate this cleverness. [BoingBoing]
