Hello, Gizmodo Australia! I’d like to take a moment of your time to introduce myself. My name is Luke Hopewell, and as of today, I’m taking over from Alex Kidman as the editor of Gizmodo Australia.
I hear what you’re thinking. Why did I put peanut butter on my toast this morning when I really wanted Vegemite? It’s a good question, and one I hope we can answer together. The more important question, however, is who is Luke Hopewell?
I’m a gadget-obsessed, technology junkie who was brought up on a stable diet of internet and video games. I’ve got a love of all things that ring, buzz, shoot, capture, download, reload, zoom-in, surf, play, scan, jam, go fast, and make news.
I love Gizmodo, and it’s my job to make sure you keep on loving it too. I plan to build on the good work of the old guard and bring you new, awesome stuff to share and enjoy.
