Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 Arrives On Optus

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 — the follow-up album to the controversial Galaxy Tab 10.1 — is now available from Optus.

The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 carries a (surprise, surprise) 10.1-inch screen complete with a 1280×800 pixel resolution, 1GHz Nvidia Tegra 2 processor, 1GB of RAM and 32GB of on-board storage expandable with a microSD card.

You’ll be able to score yourself a Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 for an extra $20 on any of the carriers’ mobile data plans, meaning that a 2GB data allowance for $19.95 per month, plus the tablet for example, would set you back $39.95 per month on a 24 month contract.

Allowances go from 2GB per month, right through to 20GB per month, with the tablet costing an extra $20 on all tiers.
