
Literally, shattering, that is. Photographer Martin Klimas’ project involves photographing porcelain statues just as they hit the ground. The results are certainly eye-catching.
We’ve highlighted Klimas’ interesting work before, when he was making physical music.

In this case, the figures were dropped from 3 metres high, with the camera set to go off on the sound of the figures shattering. There’s plenty to look through over on Klimas’ site, but don’t show your porcelain-collecting Nanna. I doubt she’d approve.
