Ice Cream Sandwich might not come to every phone, but it looks likely that it’ll be heading to the Galaxy Note soon. If you’re particularly keen on Chinese you could have it right now.
An Android 4.0 ROM has leaked in China for the Galaxy Note, although it’s still early days; this appears to be an alpha or beta build, and is intended for the Chinese version of the note — officially the GT-I9220, although it appears that some on the XDA forums have managed to get it working to some extent on models of the Note intended for wider markets.
