Wednesday, January 11, 2012 at 12:45 PMHave they changed the laws in the ACT? you could buy fireworks over there back in 2001 dunno about nowdays but yeah outside of ACT definitely illegal (although oddly you used to be able to legally have them shipped over from the ACT you just weren’t legally allowed to use them….)
Granted if you’ve ever left the house at all on Chinese new year you’d know that law is about as enforced as the XXX porn is illegal law :P
