Tick Tock Clock Dock: All Rock, No Shock

The blaring of your double-belled alarm clock is enough to wake the dead. So, unless you intend to start the zombie apocalypse, start your morning with something more gentle — like the Tick Tock iPhone Dock.

It combines the simple functionality of a retro-style alarm clock with the functionality of a modern iPhone dock. Don’t want to awaken to the sound of bells? Don’t. Wake up to Brahms, The Beastie Boys, Boom Boom Satellites, FM radio — whatever you’ve got. Users can plug an SD card in directly, seat an iPhone in its swiveling cradle, or tap into any media device through the included auxiliary audio jack. Its front firing speaker and dual omni-directional tweeters will wake even the soundest of sleepers. [Edifier]

I really was very interested in this until I saw those dreaded words ‘iPhone Dock’ and thought no thanks, but after looking into it a bit further, I thought $69.00 that’s not bad, until I got this “This Connection is Untrusted” So is it really worth signing up? It really is a sweet looking clock though!

Music becomes a part of my dreams, and I’ll sleep through it.

Have to keep an old semi broken alarm clock because it sounds so terrible and isn’t a repeating simple noise, it’s also on the other side of the room so I don’t snooze it in my sleep.

    Missus hates it.
