Or better said, the people using Photoshop would never cease to amaze me.
The thing I like most is the way he paints in greyscale and then modifies colours using the Hue & Saturation panel. The use of the Liquify tool to adjust the volumes is really smart too — and quite effective.

They add a few things here and there but most of what this guy does could have been done just as easily in v3, 15 years ago. Liquify is about the only newer tool he uses. I use it every day at work, because I work on a Mac, but at home I have much better tools for doing most things (all of which are non-destructive).
