Tiltpod Magnetic Tripod Will Fit In Even The Skinniest Of Jeans

Sometimes lugging your full DSLR around is more trouble than it’s worth, so you bring a smaller point-and-shoot. But what about when you don’t want to lug a full tripod around just to hold your compact digital camera? The Tiltpod could be the answer.

The Tiltpod Quick-Connect Camera Stabilizer is actually much smaller than its name implies, measuring just 2.125 x 1.5 x 0.25 inches. The two-piece compact tripod is specifically designed for compact digital cameras. One half screws into the camera base, the other hangs from an included wrist strap. The two halves connect via magnets embedded in each, which also keeps the camera aimed wherever you’ve pointed it. The base itself is coated in rubber traction and is magnetic to boot. It’s available from Think Geek for $US15.
