Microsoft Tempting Blackberry And iOS Users With Free Windows Phone Handsets

RIM and Apple are having a bad day and it’s only getting worse. Not only are their servers still misbehaving, their competition is giving away free phones to users who are upset with these service disruptions.

Microsoft, through Ben Rudolph, is giving away 25 Windows Phone handsets to disgruntled BlackBerry users. All you have to do is share the frustrations you’ve had with RIM and your BlackBerry. This offer is also extended to iOS users who tweet why they want to switch to Windows Phone. Those with the best stories will get a shiny, new handset loaded with much Mango. [WP Central]

    Then again… maybe I could wait for a Icecream Sandwich. Anyhow I think my Froyo will tide me over for now.
