Yes. Paintballing Is Bad For Your Breast Implants

Last weekend, a 26-year-old woman decided to go paintballing with some friends. She got shot. It happens. But while in surgery, it was found that the fire she took tore through one of her breast implants. What??

I mean, I suppose it shouldn’t be terribly surprising. Paintballs can move at up to 190mph, and taking a shot to the chest can happen to anyone. I just… I had no idea it this would happen. Apparently, neither did they. Naturally, UK Paintball was obliged to respond.

“You will be given special information on the dangers of paintballing with enhanced boobs and asked to sign a disclaimer.”

I really want that disclaimer to read: “I, the undersigned, agree that my fake boobs are a hazard during my time here at UK Paintball. Fake boobs are not to be trifled with, especially during the aggressive play that takes place during the sport. UK Paintball is in no way responsible for any marks or pocks my boobs may develop.”

Covers all the bases. [BBC]

Surely the general “all claims including but not limited to …” clause covers this.

In every paintball venue I’ve gone to, women are offered breastplates just because boobs hurt more when shot. Did her implant rupture even wearing one of these?

+ 1 Every venue I have been to also offer the breast plates. My wife has worn them before. I must admit I would have liked to be offered one a few times.

Having played competition paintball for years all I have to say is “No sh!t Sherlock!”.

300 foot per second paintfilled ball can bust an implant? It’ll also bust your eyeball, your temple, break off teeth, split skin, tear off finger nails, break fingers…seen it all. Wear your safety gear and you’ll suffer much less out on the field :)

i think the question in hand is quite obvious, anything that hit your newly operated breast is not good for you as the recipient of this surgery. Keep it SAFE and be responsible on your action.
