The Ferrari 458 Italia Racing Wheel is pretty neat, though. You see, it has buttons and a rubber-textured grip. It will be available in October for $US90. [Jean Marie Gall and Press Release]

Saturday, August 20, 2011 at 2:08 PM“This Is The Closest You Will Ever Get To A Ferrari 458 Italia” that’s a little presumptuous. In this financial climate here in Oz, sports cars aren’t exactly rare…
Eh, whatever, I wouldn’t buy wheel thingo for a game anyway.

Saturday, August 20, 2011 at 4:59 PMIts not that unfair a call to make considering most people’s houses don’t cost as much as a 458 Italia

Saturday, August 20, 2011 at 5:39 PMSo now you’re telling us we can’t afford it..! Even if it’s true in my case, it’s still bloody cheeky!

Saturday, August 20, 2011 at 6:00 PMI’m not saying that any specific individual can’t afford it (and since I can’t quite afford shoes this week that certainly includes me, hell I can’t afford the wheel much less the car!) but as a general statement its likely to be accurate more often than its inaccurate.
I’m not so much been cheeky as pedantic

Saturday, August 20, 2011 at 6:24 PMI was actually lucky enough to sit in the drivers seat in a 458, i was attending a course in the Adelaide CBD and we saw one coming and quickly got my phone out to take a photo but the stupid thing didnt load in time but the guy saw us and went around the block and parked it out the front, The guy, even though he was rich he was a very nice guy and said that he had to buy it in Sydney and had to drive it over.
I haven’t seen it since.

Saturday, August 20, 2011 at 11:50 PMSurely an auto show will allow me to get closer. Or should I take this wheel along and charge visitors to touch it instead?

Sunday, August 21, 2011 at 9:22 AMJudging by it’s price tag and knowing the brand, I can pretty much say you wont get the best experience.
Logitech all the way!
