Thursday, August 11, 2011 at 2:23 PMAh the Parisians and their baguettes. Its quite amusing wandering around paris in the evenings as a tourist watching the workers head home with baguettes hanging out of their bags or suitcases on the train, bus, bike etc.
Occasionally you’ll see the odd hungry commuter taking a bite off the top out of desperation.
Parisians seem to live by the theory that the only bread worth eating is fresh bread.
